Mums & Spice was born in 2011 during a conversation one Saturday afternoon in September between Angie and Maame.

The response we had from our initial research led us to our unique tasting Homemade Sheeto. Sheeto quite simply means “pepper” in the Ga language, the native language of Accra (the capital of Ghana).

Sheeto as a condiment can be used to compliment any dish to enhance its
taste.
