Mums & Spice was born in 2011 during a conversation one Saturday afternoon in September between Angie and her former business partner, Maame.

Much as we both love our jobs, combining the demands of looking after children and 7am work day starts, long commutes to and from work and fairly demanding jobs proved challenging at the best of times.

We both share a passion for food that is why after a series of meetings and telephone conversations, we decided to channel our energy and passion into running our own sauce production business, a constant juggling act but a rewarding one.

We pride ourselves in offering the best quality to our customers that is why our products are not mass produced in a factory; instead they are all handmade in a small production kitchen in South East London. We do not use any artificial colours or preservatives in its preparation.

Our very tasty sauces are cooked in smaller batch sizes from a blend of the finest and carefully selected locally sourced ingredients which help retain the flavours of the ingredients bringing out the best taste in our product.
